Sealcoating
Sealcoat is a must for protecting your asphalt investment, as well as keeping your parking lot or driveway looking its best. Sealcoating your asphalt also reduces long term repair costs along with protecting your asphalt against water penetration, rain, frost and snow damage. Sealcoating is designed to reduce natural breakdown of asphalt due to sun oxidation, oil leaks, and wear from traffic.
Asphalt Repair
Asphalt maintenance goes beyond sealcoating and cracksealing. All asphalt will fail at some point. We cut out old pieces of asphalt and replace it with a new hot asphalt patch making the failed section literally good as new. All the joints and seams will be sealed with our hot applied crack sealant and the surface can later be sealed over resulting in an even final color.

As cracks form in your asphalt, water enters below the surface causing soil erosion, increasing the size and number of cracks, which can lead to potholes. Our hot applied crack sealant is extremely flexible even in sub-freezing temperatures, allowing for a water tight seal all winter long.
